Greetings,
A New Orleanian, now living in San Antonio, I still get your coffee, going on 40+ years.
Based on your recipe, how much concentrate will be produced?
If I want Super concentrate...Or Coffee Oil as hubby calls it, what recipe do you suggest?
Mm
Hi Miranda, Thanks for bringing French Market Coffee with you on your move to San Antonio! The Cold Brew Coffee recipe will yield about 6 1/2 cups of concentrate. Allowing for what will be absorbed into the grinds and bag it will make approx 26 cups of coffee if you use 1/4 concentrate per serving. For a stronger brew, you can reduce the water by 2 cups and let it steep about 36 hours. That should make a super cup for you. Thanks again for being a loyal French Market Coffee user!
