• 1 1/2 ounces brandy
• 1 1/2 ounces brewed* French Market® 100% Ground Chicory, chilled
• 1 1/2 ounces creme de cacao
• 1 1/2 ounces heavy cream
• Cocoa powder, for garnish
• Shaved chocolate, for garnish

*Brew ground chicory just like you brew coffee. See package instructions.

1. Combine brandy, brewed chicory, creme de cacao and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until well chilled.
2. Pour into a martini glass and dust with cocoa powder and shaved chocolate.
