Dates / How to Enter: HOW TO ENTER FOR A CHANCE TO WIN: No purchase necessary. Enter during the promotional period, beginning Wednesday, January 20, 2023 at 12:01 AM EDT and ending on Monday, January 23, 2023 at 11:59 PM EDT. The following actions are required for entry and must be completed by 11:59 pm EDT on Monday, January 23, 2023.

1. Follow French Market® Coffee on Instagram at @french_market_coffee or on Facebook at @FrenchMarketCoffee, if you are not already following them.
2. Tag at least one friend in the comments of this post: The French Market® Coffee “Throw Me Dat Shoe, Sister” Mardi Gras Giveaway announcement post on Instagram or Facebook, which will appear on the French Market® Coffee official Instagram and Facebook pages on Wednesday, January 20, 2023. (IG: @french_market_coffee; Facebook: @FrenchMarketCoffee).
3.  Share the French Market® Coffee “Throw Me Dat Shoe, Sister” Mardi Gras Giveaway announcement post on your Instagram story or on your Facebook feed.

2. DRAWING: One (1) prize winner will be selected at random on or about Tuesday, January 24, 2023 by the official French Market® Coffee Facebook or Instagram account by responding to the winner’s entry comment on either the official French Market® Coffee Facebook page or the official French Market® Coffee Instagram page. If any selected winner does not respond (or such winner’s response is not received) within 48 hours of the first attempt to notify such winner, an alternate winner shall be selected for that prize. This giveaway is in no way sponsored by Facebook or Instagram.

3. PRIZE: Giveaway will be limited to one (1) prize awarded to one (1) winner, following the conclusion of the Promotional Period. The prize will have no trade-in or substitution value and cannot be transferred or assigned. Winner is responsible for consulting a tax advisor if necessary and paying any and all taxes that may be due resulting from receipt of prize. The prize winner, upon confirmation of eligibility, will receive the French Market® Coffee “Throw Me Dat Shoe, Sister” Mardi Gras Giveaway Prize Package with an estimated value of $340, as follows:

4. ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal U.S. residents in the 50 states and the District of Columbia aged 18 years or older at time of entry, who are not otherwise ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted. The persons in the following categories are not eligible to participate or win a prize in this promotion: Employees of French Market® Coffee and Reily Foods Co., their respective affiliate companies, parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, agents, advertising and promotion agencies involved in the promotion, and prize suppliers (collectively “Promotion Entities”) and the immediate families or persons who reside in the same household of the employees of the Promotion Entities. The prize winner shall be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and/or, where legal, a Publicity Release and to return all required documentation within twenty-four (24) hours following receipt. In the event all required documents are not executed and returned within the prescribed period, the winner may be disqualified, and an alternate or alternates selected.

5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Mardi Gras Shoe will be awarded after Muses Parade at a time to be determined. There shall be no prize substitution, except that French Market® Coffee, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value if the offered prize is unavailable for any reason. The prize may not be assigned or transferred. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. By accepting the prize, participant agrees that French Market® Coffee will have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any component of the prize package. Void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is responsible for consulting a tax advisor if necessary and paying any and all taxes that may be due resulting from receipt of prize.

By participating, contestants release French Market® Coffee and Reily Foods Co., their parents, divisions, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotional agencies and prize suppliers and the employees, officers, directors, representatives, shareholders, successors, assigns and agents of any of the above organizations from any and all liability with respect to participation in the promotion or use/misuse of a prize.

Prize Winner is responsible for travel to and from any event or location associated with Prize Package, if applicable. Prize Winner will be responsible for providing detailed names for the Prize Winner and Guest to be assigned the 2 Parade Passes; once purchased the passes are non-transferable.

We only use your information for the intended purpose of helping you engage with the brand or organization you subscribed to. 7. CHOICE OF LAW; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION:  This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana without reference to any conflicts of law principles. With respect to any action for enforcement of this Agreement, each Party hereby consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of any State court located within the Parish of Orleans, State of Louisiana, and, if Federal jurisdiction exists, the concurrent jurisdiction of the Federal courts of the Eastern District of Louisiana and expressly submits to the jurisdiction of such courts and irrevocably waives any defense of inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: If any term or provision of this Agreement, or any application thereof to any circumstances, shall, to any extent and for any reason, be held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such term or provision to circumstances other than those to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and shall be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision had never been contained therein and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

This Agreement sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties as to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions or understandings between the Parties relating to the subject matter hereof. None of the terms of this Agreement shall be amended, modified or waived except in a written agreement executed by the Parties.
